PRIVATE 1:1 COACHING FOR LATINAS
Mujer Liberada
Step into your power.
Mujer Liberada is a six-month 1:1 coaching experience for Latinas and women of color in leadership who are done playing small and ready to lead with ease, clarity, and freedom. You’ve already achieved so much. Now it’s time to do it on your terms.
- A crystal-clear vision of your next chapter

- A felt sense of alignment, peace, and liberation
- Biweekly 1:1 coaching sessions (12 total)
- Ongoing voice note + email support
- Personalized leadership map rooted in your story, identity, and future
- Culturally grounded coaching to dismantle perfectionism, imposter syndrome, burnout, and to take control of your time.
- A liberatory, healing-informed, power-affirming approach to growth
Coaching is a commitment to yourself, and we offer flexible options to make it accessible. The total investment is $6,000. You can:

AFFINITY GROUP COACHING FOR LATINAS
Coaching En Comunidad
You were never meant to grow alone.
Coaching en Comunidad is for Latinas and women of color who are ready to rise with others. You want to be in a space where you’re not just surviving leadership—but healing, growing, and thriving with people who get it.
Groups include 3–10 individuals who share the coaching experience. Ideal for professionals ready to level up with peer support and accountability.
This program launches twice a year.
- Shared language and trust with your team or group
- Increased leadership confidence and bold decision-making
- Tools to navigate systems without losing yourself
- Stronger collaboration, visibility, and cultural affirmation
- A sisterhood of support and accountability
- 12 shared coaching sessions over 6 months
- Minimum 3 and up to 10 mujeres per group (team-based or peer-formed)
- Customized coaching: mindset, confidence, boundaries, communication, cultural power
- Group agreements and collective care structures
- Real-time coaching that centers your lived experience and leadership goals
A minimum of 5 people are required for a group to launch. You can form your own group or we will place you in one.
Group coaching is $2,000 for 12 sessions across 6 months.
Group coaching is a powerful way to grow in community. The investment is $2,000 per person. Each cohort includes three to ten mujeres poderosas who are committed to their growth and each other.
You can pay in full, in two payments of $1,000, or in monthly payments of $500 over four months. If this is the right next step for you, we will work together to find the payment option that feels most accessible.

Coaching sessions are conducted virtually with opportunities to connect in-person during Ecosistema-hosted events such as our monthly Caminatas Y Libros networking experience.
No. Coaching is open to anyone who feels aligned with a woman centered space where Latina culture and lived experience are honored. Dr. Violeta Garcia brings her full self to this work and invites you to do the same. If that resonates with you, you belong here.
We do not offer discounts, but we believe every mujer poderosa deserves access to transformative coaching. Ecosistema offers flexible payment options and encourages clients to tap into employer professional development funds to cover the investment. Need support making the ask?
