Coaching en Comunidad is a 6 month group experience for women of color ready to build power together–whether you’re looking to get out of debt, invest, or launch a business. You’ll build strategy to launch your Brave Project. This is the supportive community that will cheer you on, keep you accountable, and celebrate every single win along the way.

Process
  • 12 shared coaching sessions over 6 months
  • 12 accountability sessions
  • 10 mujeres per group
  • Customized coaching:mindset, confidence, boundaries, communication, cultural power
  • Group agreements and collective care structures
  • Real-time coaching that centers your lived experience and leadership goals
  • Your BRAVE Project Workbook
Results

In six months, you will have a completed or established foundation for your BRAVE Project. You will have built the habits and gained the tools to continue your momentum long after the program ends. The investment you make in yourself will be returned tenfold, because this program makes what feels impossible, possible.

Coaching sessions are conducted virtually with opportunities to connect in-person during Ecosistema-hosted events such as our monthly Caminatas Y Libros networking experience.

No. Coaching is open to anyone who feels aligned with a woman centered space where Latina culture and lived experience are honored. Dr. Violeta Garcia brings her full self to this work and invites you to do the same. If that resonates with you, you belong here.

We do not offer discounts, but we believe every mujer poderosa deserves access to transformative coaching. Ecosistema offers flexible payment options and encourages clients to tap into employer professional development funds to cover the investment. Need support making the ask?
