Dr. Violeta
I’m Dr. Violeta Garcia, and I help powerful women of color like you reimagine how you lead, live, and grow. My journey began in the sciences, where I learned to see nature as our greatest teacher and systems as the key to lasting change. Today, I blend my 20+ years of experience and background in disturbance ecology, systems thinking, culturally responsive education, and coaching to help you design a life—and an organization—that actually works for you.
